Cinderella Mason Dismukes was born on December 11, 1944 and went to be with the Lord on May 1, 2023.

She is survived by one son, Brian Dismukes. Two grandsons, Colt and Stone Dismukes. And Brian's wife Lucy, and her two children, Paul and Leila Gardner. Two sisters, Karen Reese; Connie Parmer and husband Gary. One brother, Freddy Mason and wife Dimmie. 10 nieces and nephews; 17 great nieces and nephews; 3 great, great nieces and nephews. And longtime friend, Liz Treadwell.
She was proceeded in death by her father, William F. Mason; mother, Mildred Mason; sister, Billie Crimm; and brother in-law, Bob Reese.

She graduated from Central High School and went on to receive a teaching degree in the very first graduating class of San Angelo College. She became a teacher and taught HS in San Antonio and then taught fashion, design and merchandising at Austin Community College for the remainder of her career.

In that time she escorted some students to New York City for Fashion Week. She loved her job but more than that she loved her students.
She lived life to the fullest. She loved the Lord and was involved in her local church. She was involved with her family and made an impact on their lives and with all who knew and grew to love her. She loved to sew, to knit and to crochet, and was very good at these things or whatever project she took on. She loved horses and pets and the pure beauty of nature. She was also an experienced water skier and ice skater. She loved to travel whether to support her nieces and nephews or with her students and friends.

She will be sorely missed, but never forgotten, by those she loved and those who loved her.

A funeral service will be held at Harper Funeral Home on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 2:30 PM with burial to follow at Mullins Cemetery.
