Desiree Rosales, 2005-2023

Desiree Lola Michelle Rosales, age 17 of San Angelo Texas passed away on May 6, 2023, in Austin, Texas. Desiree was born in San Angelo, Texas to Cortney Seals Wright and Dustin Wright on December 15, 2005.

Desiree was a strong and gentle loving person. She fiercely loved her mama, Dustin, brothers, sisters, and little cousins. They brought her the most joy. She was so loving and sweet to all the little ones in her life. She lived her life very boldly, and was always looking for the next big adventure. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and playing with her little brother and sisters. She was a Facebook comedian, and the perfect combination of funny and fearless. She deeply love those in her life and was their protector. She was a brave girl, and no matter the circumstances around her she never gave up and push forward. She always did her best to encourage those around her and ensure they never felt alone. She was a very authentic and genuine person, and always went for what she wanted. She insured her hair make up and lashes were perfect at all times. She will forever be deeply missed by all.

Desiree is preceded in death by her grandparents, John Rhodes, Brenda Gaston, Dolores (Lola) Contreras, Guadalupe Puentes, and uncle Roland Dickinson.

Desiree survived by her parents, Dustin and Cortney Seals Wright from San Angelo, siblings, Adrianna Seals, Danielle Rosales, Noah Torres, Kynleigh Wright, Emmalyn Wright, Maverick Wright all from San Angelo, Santos Rosales and Jesus Rosales from Arizona. Grandparents, Brian and Amber Hancock of San Angelo, Marvin and Margie Seals of San Angelo. Desiree left behind many aunts, uncles and cousins that she love dearly.

The family of Desiree wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Jose Chavez in the TGC Juvenile Probation Department, the staff at Travis County Juvenile Probation Department for all the love and effort shown to Desiree, and the numerous loved ones, family, and friends that did the best they could.

A Memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 16th, at 3:00 pm at Shaffer Funeral Home, located at 1939 Sherwood Way, San Angelo, Tx 76901. (325) 224-2828. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home-Sherwood Way.
